Bolted flange joints on large industrial steel pipes

Flanges to ASME B16.5

Standard and non-standard flanges from ½″ up to 3 m in diameter, cut from plate or forgings, machined and drilled to standard.

Flanges

A reliable joint for every line

From low-pressure water lines to oil and gas service.

We make flanges in ASTM A105 carbon steel, A350 LF2 for low temperature, F304L and F316L stainless, and duplex for desalination. Large diameters are cut from thick plate by oxy-fuel or plasma, then turned and drilled to the standard’s bolt pattern.

Every flange is marked with size, class, material and heat number, and ships with a mill certificate and dimensional report.

  • NPS ½″ – 24″ (ASME B16.5)
  • NPS 26″ – 60″ (ASME B16.47 A/B)
  • Class 150 – 1500
  • RF, FF or RTJ facing

Why choose us

Types we make

Choose by pressure and installation method.

  • Weld neck (WN)

Butt-welded with gradual stress transfer — for high pressure and temperature.

  • Slip-on (SO)

Easy to align and economical for water and medium-pressure lines.

  • Blind (BL)

Closes line ends and vessel nozzles and can be reopened later.

  • Lap joint (LJ)

With a welded stub end — for lines that are dismantled often.

  • Socket weld (SW)

For small bores and high-pressure lines.

  • Flanges to drawing

Rings and equipment flanges up to 3000 mm in diameter.

Quality

Standards we work to

Every shipment leaves the workshop with material certificates and inspection reports.

  • ISO 9001:2015

A quality management system aligned with ISO 9001, covering engineering review, purchasing, fabrication and inspection.

  • ASME B16.5

Flange dimensions and pressure classes from ½″ to 24″, with B16.47 for larger sizes.

  • EN 10204 3.1

Mill inspection certificates that trace every plate and flange to its heat.
