A 12 kW laser on a 3 × 12 m bed and a 6 kW sheet laser — clean edges with no secondary finishing, from a single part to thousands.
Why laser?
Laser accuracy saves you finishing and on-site rework.
A fiber laser cuts carbon steel, stainless, aluminium and brass with a kerf under 0.3 mm and a very narrow heat-affected zone, so parts stay flat and true to the drawing.
We cut with nitrogen for bright, oxide-free edges on stainless and aluminium, and with oxygen for thick carbon steel. Every batch gets a dimensional check before it ships.
